Ticket Packages should be collected from the main box office. Ticket Package holders must collect tickets for individual screenings at least 30 minutes prior to the beginning of the screening, otherwise we cannot guarantee your seat will still be available!
(Due to covid-19 measures, camping at the festival camp (Š)kamp is sadly not possible for Festival Ticket Package and Weekend Package holders.)

The main box office (Ljubljanska ulica 17) will be open from 25 August. Working hours 10:00–19:00.
Box offices in Art Cinema Odeon and House of Culture open 30 minutes before each screening.
The box office for the Manzioli Open-air Cinema opens 2 hours before each screening.
